Thank you for your interest in Shasta County Independent Study! We are enrolling 6-12th grade students for the 21/22 school year.
Our required enrollment forms are linked below. In addition to these items, we request the following: birth certificate, current immunizations (including Tdap for 7-12th graders), proof of residency (utility bill or rental agreement), recent grades/transcript, and current IEP or 504 Plan (if applicable).
For your convenience, we offer three options to submit all completed forms and documentation for processing:

3. Drop-off at our school office (Tue-Thur 8am-3pm)
